After a not so pleasant experience with the realtor recommended from our bank, I did some research looking for Military and VA experienced realtors and was lucky to find this team. We are first time homebuyers and they made the experience absolutely flawless. We did everything from out of the area online and via phone. Being previous military, they were very knowledgeable on the PCS process and the VA loan and answered all my questions immediately and in great detail. They were also able to give us great details about the neighborhoods we were looking at.

My wife travelled down to view a list of homes we had selected and they came out all day on a Sunday to show all the houses. When we were ready to negotiate, we came to a deal the same day!!

"My wife and I just moved to the area and initially were with another realtor. After a few weeks passed we realized it wasn't working out and so we were referred to Opha and Dianne. Immediately we noticed a huge difference as Opha quickly learned what we liked and didn't like, and it wasn't long before we found the perfect home.
